Madame Saito, Philadelphia's very own Queen of Sushi, presents the 9th annual Amateur Sushi Making Contest. Judges will evaluate contestants’ original sushi creations and prizes will be awarded. Spectators can watch the sushi being made while enjoying sushi and sake.
