The 12th Annual Sushi Competition wednesday, April 6,2016 6:30PM $25 for guests $100 for contestants Madame Saito, Philadelphia's very own Queen of Sushi, presents the 12th annual Amateur Sushi Making Contest. Judges will evaluate contestants’ original sushi creations and prizes will be awarded. Spectators can watch the sushi being made while enjoying sushi and sake. Admission will include tasting of "Izakaya" appetizers and sushi. Sake, wine and craft beers are half off!
