The 11th Annual Sushi Competition wednesday, April 8,2015 7PM Madame Saito, Philadelphia's very own Queen of Sushi, presents the 11th annual Amateur Sushi Making Contest. Judges will evaluate contestants’ original sushi creations and prizes will be awarded. Spectators can watch the sushi being made while enjoying sushi and sake. Admission will include tasting of appertizers, IZAKAYA menu, sushi, sake, wine and craft beers.
