The annual sushi competition planning comittee is underway for 2012 click on the contacts page if you're interested in participating in 2012 SAVE the DATE Thursday, April 18,2013 6:30 PM Madame Saito, sushi-making instructor at Temple University, presents the 8th annual Amateur Sushi Making Contest. Judges will evaluate contestants’ original sushi creations and prizes will be awarded. Spectators can watch the sushi being made while enjoying sushi and sake.
